Individual tickets for the two-night WrestleMania 42 event in Las Vegas, scheduled for April 18 and 19 at Allegiant Stadium, will go on sale on Black Friday, as WWE begins ramping up its storytelling for the year, nearing the “Road to WrestleMania.”

Officials from the company said that fans who purchase tickets to the event on Black Friday will receive a limited-edition t-shirt based on the recently released Las Vegas-themed commercial, which promotes the event. That promo features the WWE Undisputed Champion Cody Rhodes, World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk, and professional wrestling mainstays Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar engaging in an intense poker game while WWE Chief Content Officer Paul Levesque and Hall of Famer Paul Heyman look on.

WWE’s Road to Wrestlemania is generally considered to begin at the January Royal Rumble event, during which 30 men and women participate in a last superstar standing battle royal for the opportunity to perform in the main event of WWE’s biggest event of the year, WrestleMania in Las Vegas. In 2026, the Royal Rumble takes place on Jan, 31, 2026, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

2026 will mark the first time in nearly 40 years that the “showcase of the immortals,” WrestleMania, has taken place back-to-back in one city, with the last instance being 1988 and 1989 in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

WrestleMania 41 at Allegiant Stadium saw a series of landmark contests, which included John Cena’s final WrestleMania match, where he defeated “The American Nightmare” Cody Rhodes for the WWE Undisputed Championship, claiming his record seventeenth reign. He would lose that title months later to Rhodes at Summerslam in New Jersey.

In 2025, WrestleMania was a week-long occasion highlighted by the WWE World fan event at the Las Vegas Convention Center, the Hall of Fame induction ceremony at the Fountainebleau, and a trio of live televised events at T-Mobile Arena on the Las Vegas Strip.

Individual tickets go on sale Friday, Nov. 28, at 6 a.m. on Ticketmaster. The Black Friday t-shirt offer ends at 11:59 p.m.
